Three Birds on Holiday Pie

Braised duck with slowed roasted turkey and organic chicken, served over roasted winter squash, cherry and brioche souffle. Topped with a wine reduction sauce.

Ingredients: Ingredients: Duck, Turkey, Chicken, Onions, Mushrooms, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Celery, Egg, Cream, Butter, Dried Cherries, Brandy, Wine, Herbs & Spices, Corn Starch Crust: Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Palm Oil, Soybean Oil, Water, Cottonseed Oil, Corn Oil



Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove product from packaging and remove lable. Bake on sheet pan on center rack for 50 to 80 minutes or until crust is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 farenheit or greater. Ovens may vary.
