Pastured Beef Quenelle over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Cagnac Peppercorn Cream Sauce, Button Mushroom & Pearl Onion

Ingredients: Beef, Potato, Mushroom, Cream, Wine, Beef Stock, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Bread Crumbs, Butter, Herbs & Spices. Crust: Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid, Palm Oil, Beta Carotene, Water, Salt, Egg



Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (convection if possible). Remove product from packaging and remove lable. Bake on sheet pan on center rack for 50 to 80 minutes or until crust is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 farenheit or greater. Ovens may vary.
