Braised Short Rib, Red Wine Demi w/ Roasted Carrots over Roasted Garlic Red Skin Mashed Potato

Ingredients: Beef Short Rib, Onions, Shallots, Wine, Beef stock, Carrots, potatoes, garlic, cream, butter, Herbs & Spices. Crust: Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Palm Oil, Soybean Oil, Water, Cottonseed Oil, Corn Oil, Salt



Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove product from packaging and remove lable. Bake on sheet pan on center rack for 50 to 80 minutes or until crust is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 farenheit or greater. Ovens may vary.
