NC raised Cheshire Heritage Pork pork shank, roasted tomato with white wine reduction sauce over organic parmesan polenta from Farm & Sparrow, gremolata.

Ingredients: Pork Shank, Parmesan, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Tomato, Organic Polenta, Wine, Chicken Stock, Garlic, Orange, Sugar, Fermented Chili, Herbs & Spices. Crust: Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Palm Oil, Soybean Oil, Water, Cottonseed Oil, Corn Oil, Salt, Flax Meal, Eggs



Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove product from packaging and remove lable. Bake on sheet pan on center rack for 50 to 80 minutes or until crust is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 farenheit or greater. Ovens may vary.
