Mediterranean Roasted Veggies with Lamb Sausage Strudel

Lamb sausage, feta and kalamata olives with roasted squash, roasted garlic, slow roasted tomatoes, grilled red onion, eggplant onion consommé and a trio of peppers. Topped with fresh basil.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Onions, Squash, Zucchini, Eggplant, lamb, feta cheese, Kalamata Olives, herbs, spices, white wine, seeds, eggs Crust: Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Palm Oil, Soybean Oil, Water, Cottonseed Oil, Corn Flour, Flax Meal, Salt



Do not thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove product from packaging and remove lable. Bake on sheet pan on center rack for 50 minutes to an hour or until crust is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 farenheit or greater. Ovens may vary.
