Florentine Quiche

Available with Gluten Crust and Gluten Free Crust


Ingredients: Spinach, Onions, Leeks, Cream, Cheeses, Wine, Herbs & Spices

Pie Shell Ingredients: Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Soybean Oil, Water, Cottonseed Oil, Corn Oil, Salt

GF Pie Shell Ingredients: Brown Rice flour, water, organic palm fruit oil, organic cane syrup, tapioca starch, potato starch, salt, baking powder




Do not thaw before cooking. Place on center rack. Turn oven to bake at 350 degrees. Bake 40 minutes to one hour or until center is 135 degrees farnheit or more. Place foil over crust if necessary to prevent burning. Ovens may vary.
